ShriKundali provides Vedic astrological consultations, personalized horoscope reports, Kundali generation, Puja booking services, and related spiritual guidance. All services are delivered by experienced Vedic astrologers following traditional principles and methodologies.

As a user of ShriKundali, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete birth information (date, time, and place of birth) required for astrological calculations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account
• Use our services in a lawful manner and refrain from any abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior towards our astrologers or staff
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, reports, or materials generated by ShriKundali without prior written consent
• Accept that you are of legal age (18 years or older) to enter into this agreement and use our services

We strive to deliver all services within the estimated time frames communicated at the time of purchase or booking. Standard delivery timelines are as follows:

• Digital horoscope reports: within 24–48 hours of confirmed order
• Handwritten Kundali: within 5–7 business days, depending on complexity
• Live consultations: as per the scheduled appointment time
• Puja services: conducted on the date confirmed during booking

ShriKundali and its astrologers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Decisions made or actions taken based on astrological readings, predictions, or advice
• Any perceived inaccuracy or dissatisfaction with the content of reports or consultations
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Outcomes of Puja services or spiritual remedies, as these are matters of personal faith

All content on the ShriKundali platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, reports, and software — is the exclusive property of ShriKundali and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content or services without express written permission from ShriKundali.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or transactions
• Engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity on our platform
• Non-payment or disputed payments for services rendered

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
