All astrological reports, Kundali documents, and digital horoscope content are personalized and generated specifically based on the birth details provided by the user. Due to the highly customized and time-intensive nature of these services, once a report has been generated and delivered, the transaction is considered final and complete.

We encourage all customers to carefully verify their birth details (date, time, and place of birth) before placing an order, as the accuracy of the entire reading depends on this information.

Consultation appointments are scheduled based on the mutual availability of our expert astrologers and the customer. As our astrologers dedicate specific time slots exclusively for each client, the following policies apply:

• Rescheduling is available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time
• Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notice are considered utilized sessions
• If an astrologer is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled to the earliest available slot or a credit will be issued for future use
• Technical difficulties during an online session will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and an alternative session may be arranged

For Puja and ritual services, preparation begins immediately upon booking confirmation. This includes procuring specific materials (samagri), scheduling the Pandit, and making arrangements for the auspicious timing (muhurat). Due to the non-recoverable nature of these preparations:

• The advance booking amount contributes towards the overall service cost and covers initial preparation expenses
• Modifications to the Puja date may be accommodated subject to astrologer and muhurat availability
• Video recordings and photographs of the Puja will be shared as proof of completion for remote bookings
